Where would I be without Barbizon...? After undergoing such a drastic transformation it's hard to say where I would be today if I hadn't taken the courses at Barbizon. I could take a guess and say that I would still be the girl who was afraid to talk in front of an audience, the girl who compared applying one coat of mascara to "getting ready," or the girl who had a confidence level of zero.
The impact Barbizon has had on my life amazes me every time I think about it. My confidence skyrocketed the m inute I stepped into the building to attend my first class. My instructors taught me more about myself in a few short months that I had learned in the past 5 years. I learned to think for myself and do what I wanted, and in my case, that was something I desperately needed to work on. I learned to work as a team with the other students and I made friends that I want to keep. Going to Barbizon was one of the best decisions I could have made. The knowledge I've gained through the courses will stick with me through every go-see, every interview, and every fashion show. It will stick with me for the rest of my life. I've held a passion for modeling since I was a small girl, taking Barbizon only increased my drive, not only to learn about the industry, but to go forth and succeed in the industry. Barbizon has changed my life! I am so thankful for the opportunity. before Barbizon I was very shy and self conscious. i seemed to care what everyone else thought about me and I worried about it.
